Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat flour tortillas 8-inch
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup granola optional

Instructions

  • Spread peanut butter evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Drizzle honey over the peanut butter and sprinkle with granola if using.
  • Place a whole banana near one edge of each tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up burrito-style, making sure to keep it tight.
  • Cut diagonally into halves for serving
