Turkey and Cheese Sliders
Warm, cheesy turkey sliders are the perfect quick fix when hunger strikes. Soft rolls layered with savory turkey and melted cheese, brushed with garlic butter, bake into a golden delight.
I love making these for casual get-togethers or a simple lunch. They’re easy to customize and always disappear fast at the table!

Variations & Substitutions
You can swap the turkey for other deli meats like ham, roast beef, or even a spicy salami. Different cheeses also change the vibe—try pepper jack for a little heat or provolone for a milder taste.
If you want to add a bit more flavor, a thin slice of pickle or a dab of cranberry sauce inside the slider adds a fun twist.

Tips & Tricks for Perfect Results
To get those sliders just right, don’t skip the butter brush on top—it’s what gives the buns that irresistible golden color and slight crispness.
Covering the sliders with foil during most of the baking time helps the cheese melt perfectly without drying out the buns.
Also, using soft rolls like Hawaiian or Parker House buns makes a huge difference in texture. If your deli turkey is thick, try folding the slices to fit the slider size better and keep the layers neat.

Storage & Reheating
These sliders are great for making ahead! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
When you’re ready to enjoy them again, pop them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, covered with foil to keep them moist.
Avoid microwaving if you can—while it’s faster, it tends to make the bread chewy and the cheese unevenly melted.
For longer storage, you can freeze the assembled sliders (before baking) wrapped tightly in foil for up to 2 months.
