Make-Ahead Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies
Start your mornings with ease using these clever make-ahead smoothie packs! I’ve perfected this method of pre-portioning yogurt and fruit combinations that blend into creamy, refreshing smoothies in seconds.
These smoothie packs are endlessly customizable and deliver the perfect consistency every time – no measuring or morning mess required.
Variations & Substitutions
You can swap the Greek yogurt for any plant-based alternative or regular yogurt. For fruits, try combinations like mango-pineapple or triple berry. Add healthy boosters like spinach, avocado, or protein powder for extra nutrition.
Making the Recipe Stand Out
Add unexpected ingredients like fresh ginger, turmeric, or a dash of cinnamon for unique flavor profiles. Consider texture enhancers like chia seeds or flax meal for added nutrition.
I love adding a tablespoon of nut butter for richness and staying power. For natural sweetness, frozen banana is your best friend, but honey or maple syrup can be added to taste.
Storage & Reheating
These smoothie packs will keep beautifully in your freezer for up to 2 months, though they’re best used within 2-4 weeks.
