Spoon yogurt evenly into 12 muffin pan cups and freeze.
Divide mixed fruits into 12 sandwich bags in your preferred combinations.
After 1-2 hours, remove frozen yogurt cups by placing the muffin pan in 1/8 inch hot water briefly.
Add one frozen yogurt cup to each fruit bag.
Place 6 prepared bags into each freezer bag and store flat.
When ready to enjoy, add contents of one bag plus liquid to blender and blend until smooth.
