Berry Chia Pudding
This berry chia pudding comes together with just a handful of ingredients and zero fuss. Creamy, lightly sweet, and loaded with juicy berries, it’s a treat I look forward to any time of day.
Prep it the night before and wake up to a chilled, refreshing bowl that feels almost too good to be healthy!

Variations & Substitutions
If you’re feeling creative, swap out the berries for chopped mango, pineapple, or peaches for a tropical twist. Prefer a richer flavor? Use coconut milk instead of regular milk.
For extra crunch, sprinkle in some toasted coconut flakes or chopped nuts before serving. You can also swap the maple syrup for agave or date syrup if you like things a bit different.

Tips & Tricks for Perfect Results
For the creamiest pudding, give your chia mixture a good stir about 30 minutes into chilling—this helps prevent the seeds from clumping at the bottom.
If your pudding seems too runny after chilling, add another tablespoon of chia seeds and let it sit a bit longer.
Want it smoother? Blend the mixture before chilling for a mousse-like texture. And always taste before serving—add a touch more sweetener if you like it sweeter!

Storage & Reheating
Berry chia pudding keeps beautifully in the fridge for up to four days, making it perfect for meal prep. Store it in individual jars or airtight containers for easy grab-and-go breakfasts or snacks.
No reheating required—just give it a quick stir and add your favorite toppings before serving. If it thickens too much, simply stir in a splash of milk to loosen it up.
Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk dairy or your favorite non-dairy
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
- Extra berries for topping
Instructions
- Mix It Up: In a medium bowl or jar, whisk together the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla. Give it a good stir so the seeds don’t clump.
- Add Berries: Gently fold in the berries. If using frozen, no need to thaw—just toss them in.
- Chill: Cover and pop the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours (overnight is even better). Stir once after 30 minutes to prevent lumps.
- Serve: Spoon into bowls or jars, top with extra berries, and dig in!
