Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk dairy or your favorite non-dairy
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • Extra berries for topping

Instructions

  • Mix It Up: In a medium bowl or jar, whisk together the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla. Give it a good stir so the seeds don’t clump.
  • Add Berries: Gently fold in the berries. If using frozen, no need to thaw—just toss them in.
  • Chill: Cover and pop the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours (overnight is even better). Stir once after 30 minutes to prevent lumps.
  • Serve: Spoon into bowls or jars, top with extra berries, and dig in!
