Overnight Oats with Berries

Creamy oats soak up sweet berry flavor, while a hint of honey ties it all together. It’s quick to prep, endlessly customizable, and always satisfying!
Variations & Substitutions
There’s so much room to play with flavors here! Swap out the berries for sliced bananas, chopped apples, or even pitted cherries.
If you’re out of Greek yogurt, regular yogurt or skyr works beautifully. For a nutty twist, stir in a spoonful of almond or peanut butter.
Prefer a little crunch? Sprinkle toasted nuts or granola on top before serving. You can also use flavored yogurts for a hint of vanilla or fruit. If you like it sweeter, add a drizzle of agave or a sprinkle of brown sugar.

Tips & Tricks for Perfect Results
For the creamiest oats, use old-fashioned rolled oats—quick oats can get mushy and steel-cut oats won’t soften enough overnight.
Don’t skip the chia seeds; they help thicken the mixture and add a fun texture. If you like your oats thinner, add a splash more milk in the morning.
For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or a few drops of vanilla extract. Layering the berries in the middle and on top keeps them fresh and juicy.

Storage & Reheating
Overnight oats are best when stored in an airtight container in the fridge. They’ll stay fresh for up to 4 days, making them perfect for meal prep.
If you want to prep several jars at once, just leave the toppings off until you’re ready to eat.
If you prefer them warm, a quick 30-second zap in the microwave does the trick, but be sure to stir well and add a splash of milk if needed.
