Overnight Oats with Berries
Overnight oats with berries are a quick, creamy breakfast that’s easy to prep, packed with flavor, and perfect for busy mornings or meal prep.

Ingredients

old-fashioned rolled oats

cup
milk
dairy or non-dairy
½
cup
Greek yogurt

tablespoon
chia seeds
2
teaspoons
honey or maple syrup

cup
mixed berries
fresh or frozen
Pinch
of salt
Instructions
In a medium bowl or jar, mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and salt.
Stir in half the berries. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
In the morning, give it a good stir, top with remaining berries, and enjoy!
