Overnight Oats with Berries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl or jar, mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and salt.
  • Stir in half the berries. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  • In the morning, give it a good stir, top with remaining berries, and enjoy!
