Air Fryer Roasted Carrots with Honey Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 450g carrots, peeled and cut into 2–3 inch sticks (or baby carrots work great too)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Pat your carrots dry with a paper towel — this helps them roast instead of steam.
  • In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until well coated.
  • Arrange the carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if needed — crowding is the enemy of caramelization!
  • Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the carrots are fork-tender and the edges are nicely caramelized.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra drizzle of honey if you like. Serve immediately and enjoy!
