Ingredients

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

For the Garlic Butter:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Prep the steak. Pat your steak cubes completely dry with paper towels.
  • Season generously. Toss the steak bites with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne in a large bowl until every piece is well coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
  • Cook in a single layer. Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket without overcrowding — work in batches if needed. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until nicely browned on the outside.
  • Make the garlic butter. While the steak cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
  • Toss and serve. Transfer the cooked steak bites to a bowl, pour that gorgeous garlic butter all over them, toss to coat, and serve immediately.
