Ingredients

or coconut sugar

baking powder

large eggs

melted coconut oil
or unsalted butter

teaspoon
vanilla extract
½
cup
chocolate chips
plus extra for topping, if you like
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if you’re feeling fancy.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the center is just set. Don’t overbake!
Let cool before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
