Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for extra sweetness
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A handful of ice cubes optional, for extra chill

Instructions

  • Toss the blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla into your blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If you like it extra cold, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.
  • Pour into two glasses, pop in a straw, and enjoy immediately!
