Ingredients

fresh kale
stems removed

pineapple chunks

ripe banana

coconut water
or regular water

tablespoon
flax meal

knob fresh ginger

pitted dates for sweetness
Instructions
Remove stems from kale and roughly chop.
Add kale and liquid to blender first, blend until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy.
