Green Smoothie with Kale and Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh kale stems removed
  • cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup coconut water or regular water
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 2- inch knob fresh ginger
  • 4 pitted dates for sweetness

Instructions

  • Remove stems from kale and roughly chop.
  • Add kale and liquid to blender first, blend until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy.
