Peel and pit the avocado, then mash it in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mashed avocado evenly on your toasted bread.
Peel the cooled eggs and either slice them or grate them using a microplane grater for a fluffy texture.
Top the avocado toast with the prepared eggs and finish with additional seasonings.
