Iced Coffee Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled brewed coffee
  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener honey, maple syrup, or sugar, optional

Instructions

  • Add chilled coffee, protein powder, milk, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
  • Toss in the ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a tall glass, pop in a straw, and enjoy immediately!
