Ingredients

Ingredients for the Base

  • 1 cup frozen berries raspberries, blackberries, or strawberries
  • 1 frozen avocado diced
  • 2-3 tablespoons light coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar substitute

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh berries
  • Low-carb granola
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Crushed nuts or seeds

Instructions

  • Place frozen berries and avocado in a high-speed blender and pulse until broken into small pieces
  • Add milk, protein powder, and sweetener
  • Blend until smooth, adding more milk only if necessary
  • Transfer to a bowl immediately and add toppings
