frozen avocado

light coconut milk or almond milk

scoop vanilla protein powder

sugar substitute
Optional Toppings
Fresh berries
Low-carb granola
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Crushed nuts or seeds
Instructions
Place frozen berries and avocado in a high-speed blender and pulse until broken into small pieces
Add milk, protein powder, and sweetener
Blend until smooth, adding more milk only if necessary
Transfer to a bowl immediately and add toppings
