No-Bake Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter or your preferred nut butter
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons power mix-ins chia seeds, flaxseeds, or hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup mix-ins chocolate chips, dried fruit, or nuts

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined and sticky
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes
  • Roll into 1-inch balls using slightly wet hands
  • Store in an airtight container
