Ingredients

  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a mason jar
  • Stir until well combined with no clumps
  • Seal and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours)
  • In the morning, give it a good stir and add your favorite toppings
