Ingredients

plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a mason jar
Stir until well combined with no clumps
Seal and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours)
In the morning, give it a good stir and add your favorite toppings
