coconut water
or regular water

honey

ice
if using fresh fruit
Instructions
Toss the spinach, pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, and coconut water into your blender.
Add honey if you like things a little sweeter.
If you’re using fresh fruit, pop in the ice for that frosty finish.
Blend on high until everything’s smooth and creamy—about 30-45 seconds.
Pour into two glasses, pop in a straw, and sip away!
