Pineapple Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach packed
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana preferably frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 3/4 cup coconut water or regular water
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1/2 cup ice if using fresh fruit

Instructions

  • Toss the spinach, pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, and coconut water into your blender.
  • Add honey if you like things a little sweeter.
  • If you’re using fresh fruit, pop in the ice for that frosty finish.
  • Blend on high until everything’s smooth and creamy—about 30-45 seconds.
  • Pour into two glasses, pop in a straw, and sip away!
