Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and stretch it into a rough rectangle, about 12x9 inches.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder evenly on top.
Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the seam closed.
Cut the log into 24 equal rounds, about ½ inch thick each.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes. Arrange rolls in a single layer in the basket (work in batches). Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Repeat with remaining rolls.
Let cool for 2 minutes and serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
