Sausage and Egg Breakfast Pizza

A golden crust topped with creamy eggs, crispy sausage and bubbling cheese delivers all your favorite breakfast flavors in each slice.

Ingredients

  • 1 package 8 ounces pork sausage links, cut into pieces
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 1 pizza crust 12-inch
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: diced bell peppers onions, fresh herbs

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • In a nonstick skillet, cook sausage pieces until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, pour beaten eggs. Cook gently, lifting edges to let uncooked egg flow underneath. Cook until set but still slightly moist.
  • Place pizza crust on an ungreased baking sheet. Top with half the cheese.
  • Spread scrambled eggs evenly over cheese layer.
  • Add cooked sausage pieces.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and gets bubbly.
