Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana plus extra slices for topping
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Optional toppings: granola chia seeds, sliced almonds, coconut flakes, fresh berries

Instructions

  • In a blender, add frozen strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk.
