Prep Time:10 minutes
Cook Time:22 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Pat wings dry — and I mean really dry. Use paper towels and press firmly. This is the single most important step for crispy skin, so don't skip it!
  • Season the wings — toss them in a large bowl with olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt until every piece is fully coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don't overcrowd — cook in batches if needed.
  • Air fry for 20–22 minutes, flipping halfway through at the 10-minute mark.
  • Finish with fresh lemon — as soon as the wings come out, toss them with fresh lemon zest and lemon juice for that extra bright, punchy flavor.
  • Garnish and serve with your favorite dipping sauce and a lemon wedge on the side.
