Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are a total crowd-pleaser—juicy, cheesy, and packed with garlicky goodness.
They’re perfect for weeknight dinners, backyard BBQs, or anytime you want something a little special without a lot of fuss.

Variations & Substitutions
Swap chicken breasts for juicy chicken thighs—they stay extra moist and flavorful. For a smoky kick, add a pinch of smoked paprika or chili flakes to the marinade.
Fancy a Mediterranean twist? Mix in a tablespoon of sun-dried tomato pesto. You can also use shredded Asiago or Pecorino Romano cheese instead of Parmesan for a different cheesy punch.

Tips & Tricks for Perfect Results
Cut your chicken into even pieces for uniform cooking—no dry bits here! Don’t skimp on marinating time; even 30 minutes makes a difference, but longer means more flavor.
If grilling, oil the grates well to prevent sticking. For extra crispiness, broil the skewers for 1–2 minutes at the end. Always let the chicken rest a couple of minutes before serving so it stays juicy.

Storage & Reheating
Store any leftover skewers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, pop them in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes or until warmed through; this keeps them juicy and prevents drying out.
You can also microwave them in 30-second bursts, but the oven is your friend for the best texture.

- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese plus extra for serving
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Wooden or metal skewers

- Prepare Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
Grill or Bake:
- Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place skewers on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Finishing Touch: Immediately sprinkle hot skewers with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges and extra Parmesan.
