2cupscooked chicken breastshredded (rotisserie chicken is great)
1/3cupBuffalo wing sauce
2tablespoonsranch or blue cheese dressing
1tablespoonunsalted buttermelted
1/2cupshredded carrots
1/2cupfinely diced celery
1/4cupcrumbled blue cheeseoptional
8large butter lettuce leavesor romaine
Chopped chives or green onionsfor garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the Buffalo wing sauce and melted butter.
Add shredded chicken to the sauce, tossing until every piece is coated.
Lay out the lettuce leaves. Fill each with a generous scoop of Buffalo chicken. Top with carrots, celery, a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing, and crumbled blue cheese if you like.
Sprinkle with chives or green onions. Grab, fold, and enjoy!
