Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft, about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over the turkey. Pour in water and stir to coat. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Start with a scoop of rice in each bowl. Top with turkey mixture, black beans, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and avocado.
Garnish with cilantro, lime, and jalapeños.
