Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
  • 1 cup cold milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
