Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper
Place oats in a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground
Warm honey and peanut butter in microwave for 15 seconds
Mix ground oats with remaining ingredients except jam until dough forms
Press 2/3 of dough into prepared pan
Spread jam evenly over the base
Crumble remaining dough over jam layer
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden
Cool completely before cutting
