Air Fryer Zucchini Fries
Perfect for dipping, sharing, or sneaking straight from the basket, these fries are a fresh twist on a classic favorite—ready in minutes and sure to disappear just as quickly!

Variations & Substitutions
Swap out the Parmesan for sharp cheddar or even a smoky gouda for a different cheesy kick. If you’re out of Italian seasoning, try Cajun spices for a bolder flavor.
For a gluten-free option, use almond flour and gluten-free breadcrumbs. Want a spicy twist? Add a pinch of cayenne or smoked paprika to the breadcrumb mix.

Tips & Tricks for Perfect Results
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket—give those fries some space to crisp up! If you want super even browning, flip the fries halfway through cooking.
Pat the zucchini dry with paper towels before breading to avoid soggy results. And don’t forget the final mist of cooking spray—it’s the trick for that golden finish.

Storage & Reheating
Store any leftover zucchini fries in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, pop them back in the air fryer at 375°F for 3-4 minutes to regain their crispiness.
Avoid microwaving, as it can make them soggy. For longer storage, freeze the breaded (uncooked) fries and cook straight from frozen, adding a few extra minutes.
